I regularly suffer from jetlag after flights. I know not everyone has this problem, but I do. Coffee helps to keep you awake but then you battle to concentrate. Recently I heard about NADH and immediately tried it on my trip from Switzerland to the USA (and back). I took 3 tablets as soon as I felt tired and still managed to think clearly for a few hours and make it through to the evening without any problems. The same the next day. Now I take NADH whenever I am feeling tired, for example, in the afternoon, and find it really helps me.
